Yes, as an Asset Protection Representative, you will collaborate with other Asset Protection Representatives (APRs) to investigate cases of Organized Retail Crime (ORC) that may arise at the provincial or national level, as well as work closely with local police services.
What kind of investigations will I be involved in?
You will be involved in detecting and investigating internal cases, compiling and presenting evidence for court or arbitration purposes, and identifying potential shrink opportunities within operational compliance.
How can I build partnerships with store management in this role?
You can build and maintain store partnerships by participating in management meetings and huddles, as well as coaching and mentoring colleagues regarding Asset Protection policies and procedures.
