Mission & Purpose

COS, Collection Of Style, is for women and men who want modern, functional, considered design. Since our launch in 2007, we have opened stores worldwide, each one placed in a carefully considered location with a design concept that preserves buildings’ original features whilst creating a modern gallery space for our collection. Always exploring our original concept of favouring style over fashion, we like timeless design that lives beyond the season. Merging traditional methods with new techniques and innovative fabrics, we work hard to create fashion pieces that look and feel at once classic and modern. We hope you enjoy the attention to detail shown in every garment and the wide breadth of inspiration that defines our collections. We set the bar high at COS - we love welcoming new people, and work hard to provide an environment where everyone feels appreciated and valued. This means we celebrate individual differences and recognise the contribution that all our colleagues make, regardless of their background. The nature of our industry means a career at COS will always be fast paced. But it’s also one where initiative is encouraged, and your ambitions can be fulfilled. We do everything we can to bring out the best in our people and watch them grow. Without everyone’s energy and commitment, COS wouldn’t be the company it is today. Welcome!
