Responsibilities

  • - support the management and delivery of design and developing design solutions through all RIBA stages
  • - support in ensuring the production of design programmes, design scopes, design responsibility matrices, appointments, schedules to record progress, upline reporting, attending/chairing necessary meetings and workshops
  • - assist in all aspects of design production, including the technical evaluation during tender phase and production/management of the design programme
  • - assist with the production of Scope of Works and works packages
  • - take ownership for the review of design documentation for contract compliance
