 We're looking for an Assistant Design Manager to join our Construction team, on an exciting project at HMP Channing's Wood Prison. 
 
 Location: Newton Abbot, South Devon
 Contract: Permanent – Full Time 
 
 What will you be responsible for?
 As an Assistant Design Manager, you will report to the Head of Design and will be responsible for supporting the management and delivery of design and developing a design solutions through all RIBA stages. 
 
 You will support in ensuring the production of design programmes, design scopes, design responsibility matrices, appointments, schedules to record progress, upline reporting, attending/chairing necessary meetings and workshops. 
 
 In this role you will assist in all aspects of design production, including the technical evaluation during tender phase and production / management of the design programme. You will assist with the production of Scope of Works and works packages, as well as taking ownership for the review of design documentation for contract compliance.
