Responsibilities

  • Experienced analytical professional to join our team as a strategy analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for several key areas:
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
  • Strong communication (oral, written) and organizational skills; must exhibit a high attention to detail and strong writing ability along with proven experience of telling a story with data.
  • Daily responsibilities include reviewing requirements and technical specifications, developing test plans, execution of test scripts, identifying and documenting defects and providing daily updates to test leads and managers as needed.
  • Proven analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated through 4+ years related professional work experience.
  • 4+ years’ experience using database software and analytical tools, such as SAS, SQL to access large databases.
  • Strong working knowledge of the process and tools used for development, validation, implementation, and documentation of credit risk and/or marketing business strategies.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word).
  • Be a team player and a thoughtful risk-taker.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence others to drive results.
  • Effective project management and organizational skills; ability to collaborate, manage, and expand relationships across the organization.
