Responsibilities

  • - To manage a broad range of varied casework support activities, including:
  • - Management of Defence Instruction Notices
  • - Validating payments on MOD payment systems
  • - Managing Periodic Payment Orders working with MOD’s forensic accountancy supplier to ensure claimants are paid correctly and on time
  • - Organising quarterly stakeholder engagement and Policy Team meetings
  • - Filing, labelling, and locating documents within the Sharepoint site
  • - Supporting the wider claims team with administrative tasks
  • - This list is not exhaustive, and the successful candidates will be required to provide ad-hoc support where and when necessary.
