The primary responsibilities include supporting children and young people during their ADHD assessment appointments, making observations to identify ADHD symptomatic behaviors, accurately recording and reporting observations, consulting with education providers and professionals involved, and attending relevant MDT meetings.

CWP offers up to three weeks of induction through our Prepare to Care program, which provides knowledge and guidance to help new starters grow and flourish in their roles.
