Responsibilities

  • Co-facilitate psycho-educational group interventions on the ward
  • Offer 1:1 psychologically informed interventions, such as psycho-education and emotion regulation to service users
  • Maintain the psychology and psychotherapy referrals database under guidance from qualified staff
  • Support audit and quality improvement activities within the team
  • Conduct thorough reviews of service users history to create chronology documents to inform case formulation and intervention planning
  • To develop skills in Positive Behaviour Support planning for patients presenting with behaviour that challenges
  • Contribute to the wider Ladywell Psychology and Psychotherapy team activities as appropriate
  • Carry out clinically relevant administrative tasks as required
