The working hours for the Assistant Psychologist position are 15 hours per week on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

What qualifications are required for this role?
A good degree in Psychology is required for this role.
Will there be supervision provided in this role?
Yes, you will be working under the supervision of a qualified Clinical Psychologist.
What types of assessments will I be involved in?
You will be involved in administering a range of specialist neuropsychological assessments and writing associated reports to support the diagnostic process.
Is there an opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team?
Yes, you will have the opportunity to work well with a range of disciplines as part of the service.
What is the focus of the population the position will serve?
The focus of this position is on older people with dementia and/or mental health difficulties.
