  • - Manage all stages of registration as well as the GSDM transcript database for approximately 640 + professional pre-doctoral students.
  • - Communicate and resolve issues with the faculty, Academic Affairs, and Promotions Committee regarding students' academic progress and discrepancies with courses.
  • - Determine grade submissions deadlines, record and monitor the thirty 36,000 + individual grades, and resolve missing or incomplete grades.
  • - Monitor and/or correctly update the coding of each student according to their enrollment status and graduation date on UIS (university's information systems).
  • - Process approved changes to tentative graduation dates, add additional semesters to students' records, and register and code students for additional semesters.
  • - Utilize complex reporting tools and create custom reports for various requests while continuously monitoring student academic progress and anticipated graduation dates.
  • - Maintain pre-doctoral student records (paper and in multiple databases) and process transcript and verification requests for both the pre-doctoral and postdoctoral population.
  • - Provide excellent customer service to students, alumni, faculty, and colleagues.
  • - Manage all P-Card payments and reconciliations, track and order supplies, and collaborate with vendors and University Procurement.
