Responsibilities

  • Unterstützung des Shop Managers in allen Belangen des Stores sowie lösungsorientierte Anwendung von Strategien und Best Practices im Kundenservice gemeinsam mit dem Team
  • Vertretung des Shop Managers im operativen Tagesgeschäft (bspw. Kasse, Lager, Visual Merchandising, Fläche) sowie ggf. Personalthemen (z. B. Personaleinsatzplanung, Recruiting) in Abstimmung mit deinem Store Manager
  • Leistungssteigerung der Filiale durch professionelle Kundenberatung in Vorbildfunktion, effektives Teamwork und effiziente Abläufe unter Einhaltung unserer Retail Standards
  • Mitverantwortung unserer Sales- und Kundenerlebnisziele inkl. KPI-Management und Verkaufsförderung
