  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR, finance, and senior leadership to ensure that compensation practices are aligned with the company's overall goals. Provide expert advice and guidance on compensation matters to managers and employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of compensation professionals. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages professional growth and development.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to maintain competitive salary structures. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions about salary adjustments, incentive plans, and other compensation-related matters.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all compensation programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations in partnership with our Law team. Stay up-to-date with changes in compensation laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Communications and Change Management: Ensure that compensation-related communications are clear, consistent, and effectively address the needs and concerns of all stakeholders, while aligning with the Total Rewards, Talent and Culture philosophies.
