Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Operations Leadership Committee & HR to help influence functional and division DEI and People Experience strategy across Operations.
  • Leverage data insights to align the DEI and People Experience (SIMPLICITY2, PULSE, PXp Journeys, & Wellness) strategies with business objectives, values, and leadership competencies, while continuously assessing and refining those strategies based on industry trends, best practices, and internal feedback.
  • Create and lead the change management strategy and roadmap to create awareness, knowledge and desire for DEI and adoption and sustainability across 16 locations for 3000 Operations employees complex workforce (salaried, hourly, and multiple shifts).
  • Collaborate with Human Resources, Global and LUSA DEI colleagues and other functional areas to animate and amplify global and local priorities in these key areas.
  • Build, lead, influence and provide performance feedback for a team of 190 champions, while working closely with senior leaders at the Leadership Committee level to set priorities to animate, strengthen, customize, track, & measure KPI’s for successful adaptation.
  • Create and lead communication strategy to magnify, address and identify internal and external factors and brand causes that align with and/or may impact L’Oréal perception and commitment while enabling psychological safety, knowledge, awareness, and community outreach.
  • Manage the DEI budget.
  • Lead and facilitate Supplier Diversity initiatives to optimize and reduce spend across 16 locations while creating community awareness of L’Oréal products and services and organizational commitment to DEI and Simplicity.
  • Develop and facilitate educational content to support DEI and Simplicity into Operations DNA.
  • Provide expert and strategic guidance to Operations LeadCom, People Leaders and individual contributors to enable and accelerate the people experience through insights gathered from pulse, focus groups, champion feedback and other data points.
  • Collaborate in talent acquisition and talent management initiatives to increase representation and retention of underrepresented dimensions of diversity.
  • Collaborate with Leaders, Human Resources employees to reduce disparity in employee experience as measured through Pulse, focus groups and other points of feedback.
