  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, a related technical degree or equivalent
  • Seven years’ experience delivering complex technical solutions including planning, development, implementation, and support for MS Teams
  • Microsoft Teams Deployment Lead/Architect
  • PowerShell for SharePoint Online (CSOM), Exchange Online, Groups, Microsoft Teams, Azure AD, programming with the Microsoft Graph and Microsoft Flow
  • Planning, documenting, and architecting the SDLC for Microsoft Teams in a 34,000-user environment
  • Stakeholder meetings regarding legal guidelines, retention, information security, governance, communications, Microsoft, and other departments
  • Creation of adoption plans, business requirements, technical requirements, governance documentation, roadmaps, training materials, support documentation, business process and technical diagrams, user stories, and use cases
  • Gap analysis for training, pilots, governance, and deployment of Microsoft Teams
  • Training of internal staff, other consultants, support staff, and end users of both end user and administration aspects of Teams
  • Demonstratable consulting experience
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700)
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-100 & MS-101)
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate (MS-203)
  • Experience with Azure, MFA, and IOT
  • Experience with Phone Systems and Direct Routing
  • Experience with Teams devices (Phones, MTR, Surface Hubs, 3rd party add-ons)
  • Ability to participate in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
  • Demonstrated knowledge of adoption and advisory best practices
  • Plan and direct implementation of O365 Networking Best Practices

Responsibilities

  • Perform client consultation: planning, design, and implementation of Microsoft infrastructure, related hardware, and cloud services
  • Develop and implement the technical architecture and physical design of the network: analyze existing voice and data networks and recommend solutions
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade, and provide solutions to complex hardware/software, and cloud service issues
  • Assist in the management of projects using CDW's project management methodology
  • Ensure a stable performance environment for enterprise computer applications
  • Create and execute test plans to meet project requirements for assigned components
  • Provide high-quality content deliverables using the appropriate document templates
  • Ensure the solution is implemented as designed to the customer’s satisfaction and approval
  • Manage time and expense to meet or exceed expectations defined in the Statement of Work
  • Participate in IT projects intended to continually improve/upgrade converged network solutions
  • Identify and communicate potential opportunities for cross-selling to the sales team
  • Continuing education and certification is required
  • Able to operate as an effective individual contributor and as a team member
  • Work with services managers, sales executives, project managers, and customers to manage expectations
  • Participates in the pre-sales process
  • Creates and leads design workshops that solve for business solutions
  • Educate and train internal and external customers on solutions and services
  • Creates and maintains collaboration practice intellectual property
