  • 3-5 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Familiarization with all standard & Client Service tools/systems required
  • Standard BNY BK Learnings (mandatory & required) completed by appropriate deadlines
  • Basic understanding of core TS product suite and associated operational flows
  • Knowledge & Comprehension of Treasury Service/Global Client Service (GCS) policies & procedures (inc. Risk Framework)
  • Act as client service point of contact for daily inquiries, ensuring timely response adhering to service level expectations
  • Adhering to BNY’s conduct and behaviors expectations, providing exceptional client experience & professional communication
  • Responsible for meeting productivity targets acting as a L1 immediate support
  • Identify & escalate appropriately to Senior CSO/Service Director, matters requiring immediate attention
  • Utilize speak-up culture to identify and raise ideas to management areas of opportunities for improvement (transformation)
  • Meet Associate CSO target objectives & grade level certifications (performance, behavior, productivity & risk); achieve training journey requirements
  • As growth in levels occurs, expectations will be expanded
