  • Provides legal advice and support in the drafting, review and negotiation of agreements with PPD Clinical Research Services vendors to include clinical and corporate agreements (e.g. MSA, SaaS agreements, and other unique non-standard contracts).
  • Work independently except for escalations per internal processes to the team AD.
  • In addition to contracts, handles department matters and general legal concerns raised by internal customers and senior management.
  • Leads the implementation of process improvement opportunities and oversees junior members of the department.
  • Develops and delivers appropriate legal trainings to business and legal team members.
