  • We do not tend to use PQE as the sole measure of experience, but we are ideally seeking somebody with between 4 – 7 years’ worth of experience of managing their own caseload of private client matters. Ultimately, we are keen to hear from individuals who are currently at or feel ready to step into an Associate role, and who are keen to develop further as part of our specialist team.
  • You will have experience in, or a keen interest to be involved in, marketing and business development activities.
  • An ability to communicate confidently and clearly with a wide variety of clients, many of which are going through a difficult period following the death of a loved one.

  • Whilst this position is offered full-time, we offer a split of working from home and in the office, we are a flexible team and are open to considering alternative working patterns.

  • Additionally, our Associates play a vital role in the support and development of the less-experienced members of the department, including Solicitors and trainees.
  • You will also be encouraged to play an active role in the marketing and business development activities of the team.
