Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage high-impact consulting projects for financial services clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Manage and administer projects, including budget and staff management, and managing day-to-day client relationships.
  • Assess client operating models, identifying gaps, and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop frameworks and methodologies for compliance and operational effectiveness as they relate to regulatory reporting and securities services rules and developments.
  • Present at industry conferences, roundtables, and forums.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders, demonstrating gravitas and influencing key decisions.
  • Engage and lead in go-to-market and business development efforts including the preparation of proposals for prospective clients as well as provide subject matter expertise.
  • Support with solutioning projects with the right mix of levels in order to deliver to a high standard whilst growing profitable business.
  • Promote the growth of the business by sharing knowledge and experience, and the development of engagement tools, enablers, and other knowledge assets to build capability for the service.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Champion inclusion by creating an inclusive environment and leading diversity initiatives.
  • Mitigate risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors, and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.
