Responsibilities

  • Serve as a senior contracts focal point for critical programs. Responsibilities cover the entire contracting life-cycle, from receipt of solicitation through contract close-out.
  • Superior knowledge of terms and conditions in contracts; understanding of the legal implications of contract provisions; familiarity with contract law and principles; skilled at reviewing and redlining terms & conditions, identifying and mitigating risk areas.
  • Lead a team of contracts professionals which includes conducting performance reviews, mentoring, coaching, career planning and providing regular candid feedback.

  • Effectively interface with all functions of the business including Program Management, Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, HR and Legal.
