  • Provide visionary leadership to drive continuous improvement in employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
  • Identify and nurture compassionate and inclusive leadership and talent within the organization through targeted development programs.
  • Collaborate with HR to implement succession planning and talent retention strategies.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive manager induction programmes for all newly appointed managers to ensure they are compassionate, inclusive and effective managers of people.
  • Ensure all managers are supported and developed to become compassionate, inclusive and effective managers of people.
