Requirements

  • Ideally 3+ years marketing experience, preferably in the financial service industry or similar.
  • Experience writing marketing materials with excellent written English.
  • Strong experience in Google paid search, SEO and campaign analytics & reporting either in-house or within an agency.
  • Experience working on connecting campaign data visualisation, pipelines, campaign reporting, performance analysis and optimization.
  • Ideally experience scaling campaigns across multiple languages/countries.
  • ETF and investment/financial knowledge are advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign delivery & optimisation:
  • Supporting EMEA regional & local long-term strategic priorities across both iShares & BlackRock brands.
  • Delivering and optimising on multi-channel media platforms ranging from an array of paid attributes specifically focused on digital, social and search.
  • Working in collaboration with the Head of EMEA Media & Operations in defining and scaling best practice media guidelines into markets.
  • Understanding media KPIs to establish a clear cadence on measures of success, marketing measurement frameworks and campaign performance reporting.
  • Ability to interpret data and visualise it with actionable takeaways for regional channel and campaign managers to execute against.
  • Managing the rollout of EMEA brand and product brand paid search ads / keywords into 17 markets, with a strong focus on priority markets of UK, Germany, Switzerland & Italy.
  • Involvement in managing the paid BlackRock and iShares social accounts by constantly innovating and optimising in aligning to NNB and NNBF opportunities.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple budgets and campaigns simultaneously to ensure we are pacing and forecasting appropriately across all our regional paid campaigns.
  • Working with our Global media agency in aligning and evolving our omni-channel media mix to target European Portfolio Builders (Asset Owners, Asset Managers & Wealth) & Digital Wealth audience in EMEA.
  • Managing competitor media analysis so we stay on top of competitor activity to retain our brand sentiment, preference and trust.
  • Relationships:
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with country marketing managers (CMMs) and ensure central marketing initiatives are aligned with local objectives and emerging opportunities.
  • Work in lockstep with campaigns, content, client and product marketing teams which also sit within the EMEA central marketing team.
  • Build a network of contacts across different product/service specialists within EMEA. Build effective relationships with marketing counterparts in New York, San Francisco, Latin America and APAC
