Responsibilities

  • Manage the reporting and analysis of expenses, strategic initiatives and headcount, including the development of analysis and business driver commentary.
  • Liaise with business leaders and HR business partners to review expense and headcount trends, understand new demand and advise on timing of implementation of new spend.
  • Develop understanding of operations, long term strategy and aligning it with long-term financial strategy.
  • Develop forward year budgets and forecasts including the communication of expense growth guidance and other assumptions, review of strategic/operations plans and ensuring budgets align with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare executive level presentations for Senior Finance and Business Leadership teams.
  • Partner with our expense leadership team to help drive continuous improvement efforts.
  • Create in depth analysis related to various business expense drivers.
