Responsibilities

  • Responsible for user acquisition, Partner growth, Category deepening, funnel analysis and product improvement
  • Drive key campaigns, communicate and analyze the impact of the same.
  • Should be able to understand the depth of customer journeys, experience optimization and app nudges.
  • Be accountable for all business metrics of the category along with all key inputs which would drive the business.
  • Be responsible for growth and development initiatives across partners and for drawing out the consumer adoption plan and work with various stakeholders to operationalize the plans.
  • Work closely with Marketing/ CRM teams to drive relevant customers in the category and chart out the monthly asks for the category.
  • Run multiple experiments that can drive growth and analyse the impact.
  • Have a strong product/solution orientation and ability to work with internal Product, Analytics and Engineering teams to accomplish this objective.
  • Visibility on blockers across functions and coordinating with stakeholders both inside PhonePe and on the partner (client) side.
  • Working closely with partners and keeping track of their conversion numbers; suggesting them best practices to maintain hygiene and increase the conversion in the funnel.
  • Should be on strong on execution side and should have the mindset of learn fast, fail fast.
  • Work with the Business Finance team and different functional teams for monthly/ annual planning.
  • Develop a holistic understanding of the overall travel & transit landscape in the country/developments/opportunities.
