  • Support the acceleration of growth for the Doritos brand in partnership with the Doritos Marketing Manager, through breakthrough execution and communication plans.
  • Support the Doritos Marketing Manager on strategic planning process (Strat through AOP) to deliver clear growth strategies and innovation pipeline grounded in the consumer.
  • Lead end to end innovation commercialization in collaboration with internal and external partners that wins with consumers & shoppers, and support future innovation pipeline development, inclusive of packaging design.
  • Lead at least 1 end to end media to shelf program, from brief to results working collaboratively with internal and external partners.
  • Consistently leverage data and insights to keep the consumer at the heart of brand and business decisions while leading analysis, tracking and monthly reporting deliverables.
  • Expertly manage your budget to maximize ROI across all initiatives.
  • Be an advocate and inspirational ambassador for your brand internally and externally.
