Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process for an ETC portfolio with focus on a defined business division and/or product (intern, grad, apprentice, etc.) delivering on ETC demand
  • Support relationships with ETC attraction channels - campus, vendor, student group, etc - to ensure robust engagement and a healthy candidate pipeline
  • Actively engage candidates at local and virtual events and travel as needed to support the overall ETC recruitment strategy
  • Support the planning and delivery of recruitment projects such as annual demand planning, intern conversions, and recruitment season readiness
  • Assess candidate quality, skills and fit to identify the best candidate for a position
  • Facilitate intake meetings and interview process planning with hiring managers to ensure alignment on identifying the most successful candidates in the talent pool
  • Maintain effective relationships with candidates from attraction to onboarding by supporting the design and delivery of a keep warm strategy
  • Practice strong, influential communication skills both internally and externally
  • Develop and demonstrate a solid understanding of various CRM tools including Workday, Beamery, WayUp, Handshake, etc.
  • Partner across GTA with talent attraction, HRBPs, and others to activate a one team mentality and align business strategy with recruiting goals
  • Work collaboratively and flexibly, putting the goals of the team and business first and embodying Expedia Group's Mission, Purpose & Values
