Responsibilities

  • Supervise workload and team alignment, ensuring balance of workload across the team and consistency in delivery
  • Support team development through regular 1:1s and personal career development conversations
  • Align team interests and development areas with opportunities in work and projects that support growth
  • Proactively lead portfolio of controls reports and activities across team, to ensure controllable errors are prevented
  • Proactive, regular engagement with core partners to ensure partnership across teams, and awareness of changes that will impact the team’s work
  • Support team in building productive partnerships with Recruiters by effectively engaging with partners keeping regular open conversation on successes and challenges
  • Use our team metrics to support discussions with partners, providing details that help craft the narrative of the team, and inform what we need in order to optimally deliver
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to process and controls to improve quality and timeliness of team’s delivery
  • Troubleshoot issues, assess risk and ensure mitigation plans are in place
  • Partner with teams across HR Infrastructure and Platforms to successfully implement technology innovations
  • Ensure processes are aligned with all HR policies and procedures
  • Directly support core processes for key Executive roles in the region
