Requirements

  • Have the ability to repair and solder tiny things like socket pin, electric wire, and capacitor/resistor.
  • Able to lift 25 pounds load board for a brief period of time for transportation.
  • Know prevention and control of electrostatic discharge (ESD)
  • Know ATE/SLT interface hardware maintenance, trouble shooting, and repairs.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Review the design of the socket, plunger, and thermal solutions from vendors to ensure robust test HW designs for product bring-up and production.
  • Provide ATE and SLT test fixture/HW solutions from design, manufacturing order, verification, and improvement.
  • Drive ATE and SLT active thermal solution evaluation and qualification.
  • You will drive and run DOE from collecting/analyzing engineering data and making recommendations to provide the best solution.
  • Cross functional team support is required.
  • Drive a project and conduct a meeting to work with cross functional teams.
  • Strong hardware troubleshooting and root causing skills. Ability to provide preventive actions.
  • Able to debug ATE/SLT hardware setup like socket, thermal plunger, PCB, chiller, and handler.
  • Require on-duty lab supports. Weekend support is necessary.
