  • This demanding role will require the post holder to use their full range of administrative skills to ensure an efficient service is provided.
  • The role comprises a wide range of specific duties. Reception, Telephone and Front Door handling, booking patients into the system, liaising with clinical staff, photocopying documents, scanning and both email and task management, health and safety testing, along with any ADHOC requests.
  • Your role will involve Liaising with clinical staff, families, parents & young people to ensure a smooth transition through our service.
  • You will need to be a good team player, have strong emotional resilience with excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • You need to be able to work both on your own initiative and as part of the wider team prioritising your work effectively.
