  • - A highly motivated and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistant to work within Reaside Clinic across ICU, acute and rehab Wards.
  • - Some working knowledge of local, national policies and legislation which govern current service provision.
  • - Ability to work days, nights and unsocial hours as part of our 365 days a year, 24/7 service.

Responsibilities

  • assisting in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care under the guidance of the qualified nurse
  • assisting in the development and provision of social and therapeutic activities for service users
  • promoting effective therapeutic relationships, which will meet spirituality, equality and diversity needs in accordance with good practice and legislation
  • supporting recovery through promoting social inclusion, self-management, personnel autonomy and independence
  • working as part of an experienced and supportive team
  • identifying your own unique career goals and ambitions and attending associated training and CPD
  • attending monthly clinical supervision and regular team meetings
