Candidates need to be a registered pharmacy technician in the UK by GPhC or a registered Science Manufacturing Technician. They should also possess additional pharmacy qualifications such as Accredited Checking PT, Pre and In Processing Checking, or demonstrable operational management experience.
Is previous experience in pharmacy required?
Yes, accurate dispensing of medicines experience is essential for both Band 4 and Band 5 positions, along with experience in dealing with customers or patients.

What are the core working hours for this position?
The core hours of our service are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. However, staff are required to contribute to extended hours, weekends, on-call duties, and Bank Holidays.
