What is the primary responsibility of the Band 7 Physiotherapist?
The Band 7 Physiotherapist is responsible for ensuring the provision and delivery of a comprehensive and professional rehabilitation service for entitled personnel within the PCRF at Redford Barracks.
Will the successful candidate be required to manage other staff?
Yes, the Band 7 Physiotherapist will work as a Team Lead, managing staff that includes Band 6 Physiotherapists, Band 5 Exercise Therapists, and Administration staff.
Is there a locational allowance for this position?
Yes, this post attracts a locational allowance of £3000 per annum, pro-rata for part-time work.
What technical skills will be assessed during the selection process?
Technical skills assessed will include communication, personal and people development, service improvement, quality, assessment and treatment planning, and interventions and treatment.
Is there an immunization requirement for this position?
Yes, successful candidates must provide evidence of immunity to Hepatitis B.
