Responsibilities

  • Main contact for vendor management, compliance of the Plans to include Plan Documents, Plan Amendments, Adoption Agreements, Summary Plan Descriptions, Summary of Material Modifications, state and federal laws and regulations as well as internal policies and escalated employee inquires.
  • Compiles and reports census data for the annual non-discrimination testing and responds to any failures.
  • Responsible for the Defined Contribution Administrative Committee Charter including ownership of the semi-annual meetings to include agenda preparation, coordination with other departments (Global Rewards and H&W), development of presentation material, meeting minutes and also participates in the Investment Committee.
  • Communicates and educates all eligible/active plan participants on the benefits of the programs, specific plan features, vendor’s tools and resources and coordinates program education sessions (face-to-face and WebEx sessions).
  • Participates in developing the strategy for the Plans that meets the needs of our changing workforce; implement the program components, manage incentive program, vendor management, and develop and deploy employee communications.
  • Responsible for the coordination of onsite well-being events (biometric screenings, flu shots, health fairs, etc.).
