  • Performs weekly audits on registrations to accurately evaluate staff for performance evaluations as well as to reduce denials for maximum reimbursement
  • Provide assistance and/or collect time of service payments and any prior balances related to patient responsibility
  • Engages staff in special projects to enhance morale and overall employee engagement within the department
  • Documents and performs annual job performance evaluation for staff adhering to hospital policy
  • Establishes and maintains effective communication with staff, clinical personnel, all revenue cycle functions and other departments to ensure the ideal patient experience
