  • Position requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time; stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear, use hands to reach and handle tickets, money, and receipts.
  • Position also requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately operate the Ticketmaster computer ticketing system to sell tickets.
  • Provide superior customer services to all customers, both in person and on the telephone, by answering questions concerning ticket prices and fees, ticket policies, schedules, reservations, facility information, facility policies, and upcoming events via in person and telephone.
  • Communicate with guests to locate and deliver will-call tickets.
  • Effectively and calmly interact with guests to resolve customer service issues.
  • Be familiar with the venue layout to provide information such as location of restrooms, merchandise areas, exits and directions for customers.
  • Accept payments via cash, check or credit card.
  • Reconcile cash drawer at the end of the day.
  • Assist with arena preparation and set-up, such as (but not limited to) placing crowd control stanchions and signage.
  • Operate ticket scanners and assist with fan entry during events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
