  • Executional Excellence: Will need to demonstrate operational excellence with high attention to detail. PGP has more products than traditional brands, which need to be maintained and promoted with accuracy.
  • Teamwork: Outstanding collaboration skills including handling of diverse counterparts and teams, especially the selling organization.
  • Process Improvement: Curiosity about process improvement and systems. This role is new for PGP and we need someone who can dive into and understand processes and recommend changes for more efficient processes.
