The main purpose of the Building Technician role is to undertake unsupervised planned, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of building elements and fabric within the hospital and its grounds, ensuring compliance with building and health regulations.
What kind of tasks will the Building Technician be responsible for?
The Building Technician will be responsible for minor repair works, general carpentry and joinery maintenance, internal and external painting and decorating, diagnosing and repairing faults in the building structure, and carrying out small works alterations to internal fabrics.
