Responsibilities

  • Supporting SITA Messaging Services through data analysis, interal and customer support with primary objective to maintain and grow SITA's Messaging Business.
  • Be the primary data analysts/scientist on the Messaging Business Support team.
  • Integrate data sources/sets into easy to read visuals and reports through PowerBI
  • Conduct market analysis (stakeholders, market segments, competition, technology evolution), generate customer profiles, and work closely with the Sales organization.
  • Set account/opportunity commercial strategy and competitive positioning in collaboration with the account and bid managers as well as GEO commercial/financial leadership.
  • Track and report key customer statistics, model customers patterns, and provide input into the Messaging business plan.
  • Collaborate with the Product Management team to qualify new customers and new market requirements and provide the most appropriate solution.
  • Provide financial modeling support, reporting, analysis of existing messaging traffic, risk analysis, and recommendations/insights gained from the data.
  • Work closely with the GEO Commercial teams, Central team, and Account Manager for Messaging Business Development, Market trends, requirements qualification, and commercial/pricing recommendations.
