Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science and/or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong understanding of business operations and processes
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) and Programming languages (e.g. Python, R)
  • Experience with change management and organizational transformation (preferred)
  • Superior analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication, Stakeholder management, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Ability to cope under pressure and balance multiple priorities
  • Extremely diligent and attentive to details
  • Certification in business analysis or a related field is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Act as change agent for process improvements and support the adoption of best practices by analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities and challenges
  • Proactively develop and manage strong and collaborative relationships across the organization
  • Lead small projects in partnership with other teams, as needed
  • Develop and maintain data visualization, reports and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Actively support the rollout of new processes, standards, best practices, tools, and techniques
  • Document and Present business cases/ proposals/recommendations concisely and with applicable level of detail based on audience
  • Work with Data Scientists and engineers to design and implement AI Solutions
  • Remain current and curious relating to industry trends and emerging technologies in both Data & AI
  • Collaborate with business and delivery stakeholders to lead the assessment of business needs utilizing a structured requirements process (gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing changes), creating solid, well written requirements and understanding of objectives, status, and issues for projects and process improvements
  • Utilize change management techniques to ensure the improvements are successfully implemented and sustained
  • Develop actionable plans and leads the implementation of process improvement opportunities that drive customer satisfaction and/or reduced delivery/operating costs
