Responsibilities

  • Requirements gathering and analysis.
  • Work closely with the wide range of users and stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements.
  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit requirements.
  • Analyse and prioritize requirements to align with business objectives and technical feasibility.
  • Understand how the development team best receive their work items ready for development and collaborate with them to design technical solutions that meet business needs.
  • Create functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
  • Assist in the design of user interfaces and user experience (UI/UX).
  • Support the project manager and project owner when required to participate in or lead project planning activities, including defining scope, timelines, and priorities as well as backlog grooming and delivery readiness preparation
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among team members and stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technology team.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication of project status, issues, and changes.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts.
  • Develop test plans, test cases, and execute testing to ensure solutions meet requirements.
  • Identify and document defects, and work with the development team to resolve them.
