  • Requires intermediate to advanced level skill and experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)

  • Provide analytical support through the analysis and interpretation of data in support of cross-functional business operations
  • Analyze actual results against plan and forecast and recommend interventions where appropriate
  • Develop, prepare and analyze reports for management review, and to present at various levels of management
  • Provide performance monitoring, maintain KPI dashboards, and make recommendations to increase operational efficiency where appropriate
  • Solicit and define business requirements, build business cases for new business initiatives including cost/benefit analysis
  • Contribute to annual operating plans, capital budgets and forecasts
  • Be a subject matter expert in relevant areas of work and collaborate with internal and external partners to gain alignment
  • Support the development or modification of Clinical Pharmacy Program processes, including analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing systems
  • Work independently on complex projects/assignments with minimal oversight
  • Other duties as assigned
