Requirements

  • Experience collecting, synthesizing, and documenting requirements for enterprise software solutions, preferably in life and laboratory sciences.

Responsibilities

  • Work with broader organization to achieve business objectives, expand multi-functional client engagements.
  • Effectively share knowledge to strengthen and improve the capabilities of the global services team.
  • Provide feedback to product management and engineering to rapidly advance our product capabilities to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Contribute to 3rd party technology, product, and solution evaluations in the context of our portfolio.
  • Collaborate with customers to gather business requirements and translate them into information system requirements.
  • Analyze information systems to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes or updates.
  • Work with project managers to create project plans, manage timelines, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain user requirements documents, requirements trace matrix (RTM) documents, and other technical documentation.
  • Communicate with customers, project managers, and consultants to ensure everyone is in alignment regarding project requirements.
  • Assist with system testing and quality assurance to ensure the system meets business requirements.
