What is the main responsibility of a Business Analyst & Product Management Consultant?
The main responsibility is to provide direction to product development, manage product launch strategies, and increase the profitability of existing products and services by developing new solutions based on customer and market needs.
What qualifications do I need for this role?
You need a Bachelor's Degree and typically a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in business product services or external customer/market experience. A combination of relevant training and/or experience in lieu of a degree may also be considered.
Is experience in software development necessary for this position?
While it is not strictly necessary, experience in a software development environment or professional services role is preferred, especially if it relates to software or IT backgrounds.

Familiarity with Agile software products and delivery methodologies is preferred for this role.

You will actively collaborate with marketing, sales, support staff, product development, vendors, senior management, and key customers throughout the product and services function.
