Requirements

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een financiële/ bedrijfskundige of IT richting;
  • 4 tot 6 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen een complexe organisatie;
  • Sterk in stakeholdermanagement: je adviseert, overtuigt en schakelt met verschillende belanghebbenden;
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en Data-affiniteit en kennis van datawarehouse-systemen, managementinformatiesystemen, Power BI en Excel;
  • Oplossingsgericht en zelfstandig: je draagt concrete verbetervoorstellen aan en voert ze uit;
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
  • Reisbereidheid: je vindt het geen probleem om regelmatig locaties van Heat NL te bezoeken;
  • Beheersing van de Nederlandse & Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift.

Responsibilities

  • Opstellen van het Gross Margin business plan
  • In overleg met inkoop- en verkoopspecialisten maak je een grondig plan en zorg je voor de verwerking hiervan in onze planningstool.
  • Bewaken van datakwaliteit in SAP
  • Je ziet erop toe dat inkoop- en verkoopgegevens correct in het SAP ERP-systeem worden geregistreerd.
  • Uitvoeren van simulaties en bepalen van reserveringen
  • Je stelt simulaties op voor nog niet gefactureerde omzet en bepaalt reserveringen voor nog niet gefactureerde inkoop van warmte, gas en elektra.
  • Analyseren van verschillen
  • Je vergelijkt de begrote Gross Margin met de gerealiseerde en onderzoekt prijs- en hoeveelheidsverschillen.
  • Prognoses opstellen
  • Je maakt prognoses voor de Gross Margin en levert hiermee cruciale input voor toekomstige plannen.
  • Contactpersoon voor audits
  • Bij accountantcontroles verstrek jij de benodigde financiële informatie en toelichting.
  • Deelnemen aan werkgroepen
  • Je werkt mee in projectteams om processen in de volledige waardeketen (inkoop, transport, distributie en verkoop) te verbeteren.
  • Opstellen van rapportages
  • Voor toezichthouder ACM en EU Taxonomie (het classificatiesysteem voor duurzame economische activiteiten) stel je rapportages samen.
  • Input voor waardering
  • Je levert input voor de waardering van de totale warmteportfolio van Vattenfall in Nederland.
