Requirements

  • 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Forward thinking with the ability to problem solve
  • Attention to details with a focus on executing effectively.
  • Organizational skills to prioritize tasks.
  • Human Resources/Incentive Compensation experience a plus
  • Experience with Jira and Varicent preferred, but not required.
  • Knowledge of Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking, Wealth and Investment Management, or Consumer Lending preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership.
  • Strong understanding of the various systems and applications supporting Human Resources and Incentive Compensation

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives.
  • Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities.
  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives.
  • Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners.
  • Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff.
  • This role will be responsible for ensuring the incentive systems align to the design for plans within Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking, Wealth and Investment Management, or Consumer Lending.
  • Manage/oversee the day-to-day duties of the functionality within incentive system, with the ultimate objective of accurate and timely payouts.
  • Partner with the Incentive Administration team to address all inquiries.
  • Collaborate effectively to identify opportunities to improve processes and communicate opportunities.
  • Perform routine systematic validations to ensure accurate payments.
  • Procedure Management - update, review and publish procedures, job aids etc. to support the administration process and respective applications/systems.
  • Ensure incentive calculation is accurate within the Incentive System and retain evidence of the review.
  • Maintain documentation, procedures, job aids etc. to support the administration process and respective applications/systems.
