Requirements

  • 8+ years’ experience in a data analytics or spend management role, preferably in a procurement or business intelligence setting.
  • Experience with Sourcing preferably in technology and financial services.
  • Strong expertise in data capture, data analysis, data visualization, and data interpretation.
  • Strong project management and ability to deliver by influencing others.
  • Strong technical knowledge of and general experience with BI tools, preferably Tableau, and Sigma exposure.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and completeness of all analysis.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with presenting analysis and recommendations using PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience managing sourcing events would be a plus.
  • Undergraduate degree in data science, business administrations, computer science, statistics, or mathematics.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational guidance for digital and business transformation efforts, fostering growth and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement team and clients to define a strategic vision (roadmap) for business intelligence and spend management and then deliver/implement based on the plan.
  • Leverage technology to collect data, collaborate, prepare, and facilitate and streamline Requests for Proposals and other related sourcing functions.
  • Offer thought leadership on emerging trends and technologies that can be used for business intelligence and spend management.
  • Identify key performance indicators in collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive prioritization and benefit realization.
  • Partner with enterprise data teams to design dashboards, analytical models, and reporting systems to develop actionable insights.
