Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of ongoing reports, analyses and dashboards to guide important decisions and process improvements
  • Work with the Category Management teams in areas including selection, promotions, Autoship, and customers to improve insight into how our business is performing
  • Analyze demand and resource requirements against available resources to identify risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to solve for resource constraints
  • Communicate with other technology teams to extract, transform, and load data from several data sources using SQL and multiple technological platforms
  • Recognize and adopt standard methodologies in reporting: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation
  • Analyze and solve problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context
  • Respond to high priority requests from senior business leaders
  • Improve ongoing analysis processes, automating or simplifying self-service support for secondary data sets
