  • Entwickeln Sie die Markenvision und -Strategie für eine unserer erfolgreichen Marken und setzen Sie diese mit einem starken und engagierten Team um.
  • Rekrutierung neuer Konsument: innen & Ausbau des Brand Engagements
  • Ausbau von Marktanteilen, Umsatz und Profit in den von Ihnen betreuten Produktkategorien
  • Eigenständige Verantwortung für das Produktmarketing inkl. Brand Activation, Advocacy & Influence und Digital Marketing
  • People Management und Development
  • Vernetztes Arbeiten mit diversen Stakeholdern
  • Entwicklung der Marken-Strategie
  • Entwicklung einer nachhaltigen und ganzheitlichen Vision basierend auf fundiertem Markt-, Verbraucher- und Markenverständnis im aktiven und permanenten Austausch mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen
  • Definition und Steuerung des Jahresplans sowie Budgetverantwortung für die entsprechende Marke oder Kategorie
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für das internationale Marketing-Team sowie das Zonen-Team in Paris für die Weiterentwicklung der lokalen DACH Markenstrategie
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung des Marketing-Plans
  • Übersetzung, Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung der Markenstrategie in Form von ganzheitlichen Jahresplänen
  • Steuerung der Marketingpläne und -aktivitäten (on- und offline) in Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Education, Business Development, Controlling
  • Erreichung der Markenziele in Bezug auf Marktanteil, Umsatz, Profit
  • People Management
