Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Support the MEA Business Controls team with governance, controls and compliance of the DIFC branch within policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare management reporting and branch specific documentation, including risk assessments, regulatory reporting and other relevant documentation.
  • Manage working environment for the various business teams, ensuring smooth running of the operations of the office, optimal use of office space and enterprise tools.
  • Facilitate Executive Committee member visits to the region, maximising impact for clients and staff.
  • Lead the social and philanthropy efforts of the team.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding of staff including arrangement of visas, equipment and office access.
