Responsibilities

  • - Take ownership in providing administrative and business support to the Corporate Meeting Management Service, primarily working in a Children/Adult’s Social Care setting.
  • - Provide a high level of business support to the Corporate Meeting Management Service, who convene and service a wide range of sensitive and confidential safeguarding meetings.
  • - Be involved in diary management, invite production and the distribution of sensitive reports, amongst other administrative duties.
  • - Produce and distribute summaries and minutes from recordings of sensitive and confidential safeguarding meetings.
  • - Have practical experience in using Microsoft Word and the ability to construct sentences effectively, in line with our Strengths Based approach.
  • - Use digital and technical functions in an administrative and business setting.
