Responsibilities

  • - Supervise and delegate to a band 3 admin support officer, and ensure delivery of service.
  • - Responsible for the day-to-day line management of the Clinical Team Administrator providing effective leadership, coaching and mentoring as required to support the delivery of high-quality administration services.
  • - Responsible for the development and maintenance of SharePoint and other relevant web-based systems as required.
  • - Deputise/provide cover for Business Support Administrators across Therapies as required.
  • - Support the Head of Service, Therapies Leadership Team and clinical teams providing an efficient and effective business support administration service in line with the Directorate’s key operational and performance requirements (including HR, Performance, Governance/Patient Safety and Finance).
  • - Work closely with the Assistant Business Manager in the design and delivery of administrative processes that support delivery of Trust/Divisional and Directorate policy and procedures.
  • - Work as a member of the Therapies Business Support Administrator Team assisting with the development, delivery and performance management of all administrative processes required for the effective and efficient delivery of procedures across the Therapies Directorate.
  • - Responsible for the delivery of agreed administrative systems and processes across their designated service areas and Directorate wide in line with agreed procedures and protocols.
