The main responsibilities include providing administrative support for the Review Health Assessment process, coordinating statutory Review Health Assessments, managing office systems, compiling and displaying statistical data, maintaining health records, and ensuring communication with all relevant parties.
What are the working hours for this position?
The working hours are from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Where is the job located?
The job is located in the Poole area, with options for home working available.
What tools and skills are required for this role?
Candidates should be confident using general secretarial skills, word processing, databases, and have experience in creating graphs, charts, and pie charts. Holding ECDL or having taken the Elite test, or an equivalent qualification is also required.
How will patient confidentiality be handled?
Patient confidentiality will be ensured by complying with the Data Protection Act and Dorset Healthcare information governance policies when compiling, collating, and displaying data.
Who will I be working with in this position?
You will be working with a friendly and enthusiastic team, as well as acting as a point of contact for all agencies, disciplines, and Heads of Service.
